Shandra Stringer is the embodiment of someone who works at the grassroots level to make a
difference with individuals and organizations. Shandra‘s desire is to produce her work in the Spirit
of Excellence that will provoke individuals and organizations to be paramount of themselves.
Shandra is the President of Grassroots Consulting, Inc., which is a holistic business-consulting
firm that provides services in Access to Capital, Business Coaching, Corporate Training, Nonprofit
Board Development, Program & Resource Development, Outreach & Recruitment, Budgeting &
Forecasting, Project Management, Employee Recruitment, and other Capacity Building & Technical
Assistance Services.
After 32 years of providing Professional Development Training, Shandra has reached another
milestone. Grassroots Consulting, Inc. is an Everything Disc® Authorized Partner. Shandra is an
Everything Disc® Certified Practitioner. This includes Productive Conflict, Agile EQ, & Workplace.
Her financial business of Stringer & Associates Financial Services includes Legacy Building &
Access to Capital, & Tax Preparation. Shandra is a State of Florida licensed Insurance Agent that
encompasses Life, Health, Lifetime Income, Fixed Retirement Planning, Homeowners, Business,
Auto, Supplemental Insurance (Dental, Vision, Accident, Disability, Cancer, & others), & Workers
Compensation Insurance. Shandra holds non-residential insurance licenses in Alabama, Georgia,
Mississippi, Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., Texas, and Tennessee.
Shandra holds an A.S. degree in Business Management, a B.S. in Organizational Management, and
a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management. She is a certified Proctor for ServSafe.
